Tactello: privacy, team rules & support

Personal planning and device storage

Personal tactics, player names/numbers, drawings, formations, match details, notes and your saved roster remain in app storage on your device unless you explicitly share a copy with a team or export a PNG/PDF. Language, age-band and earned tactic-slot preferences are stored locally. Personal planning does not require an account. Local recovery copies and temporary export files may remain until replaced or removed. You can delete plans/players in the app; removing app data removes local records, while operating-system backups must be managed separately. Team cloud data is controlled separately below.

Advertising and consent

Tactello uses Google AdMob for banners that scroll with Plans, Squad and Match content, occasional interstitials at natural transitions, and optional rewarded ads that add a local tactic slot. Existing plans remain usable without watching a rewarded ad. Earned slots are local, are not money and are not tied to a team account.

Google's advertising and User Messaging Platform (UMP) components may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, advertising interactions, consent choices and diagnostic/performance data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and operation. Non-personalised ads can still process technical data. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested where applicable; declining tracking does not disable personal planning. Regional consent options are requested when required and can be reopened from the app's privacy options when available. Team account details, tactic content and chat are not sent as advertising parameters.

Age scope

Tactello is intended for people aged 13 and over. Ads are restricted to users who declare they are 18 or older. This stores an age band, not a birth date or identity document. Avoid entering sensitive information such as players' medical details. Obtain permission before sharing other people's information.

What is shared

Personal plans remain on your device unless you choose to share a copy. A team account stores your email address, display name, randomly assigned public user code and sign-in sessions. Your user code can be shared to receive invitations; it is not a sign-in credential. A team owner can explicitly share a squad with player names and shirt numbers and match those players to team accounts. These associations are visible within that team and do not automatically change personal plans. Shared plans include the selected tactic’s phases, players, notes and match details. Team membership, invitations, approval responses and chat messages are stored to provide collaboration.

Invitations can target an email address or a registered user code. The recipient chooses whether to accept. A shareable team invitation link allows signed-in recipients to join with member access, within its expiry and usage limit. Anyone who receives that link can pass it on; the owner can close it. Invitation pages show the team name and offered role but not member emails, the squad or chat. You may register or sign in by email code on the invitation page, then explicitly accept; the browser session is kept in memory, not persistent browser storage, and revocation is attempted after joining or leaving the page.

Who can see it

Current team members can read shared plans, review responses and chat. Editors can change team plans; the owner manages members and public links. Member email addresses are visible to the team owner. Public tactic links show only the chosen revision, optional player names and phase notes. They do not expose chat, membership, bench players or match details. Anyone with a public link can copy its content. Closing a link stops future access but cannot erase screenshots or copies already made.

Hosting and security

The service is hosted on CRYOSS’s OVH VPS. Login codes are delivered through the Tactello mailbox at home.pl. Connections use TLS. Content is not end-to-end encrypted; the service operator can access it for operation and abuse handling. Team content is not sent to advertising services. The public viewer has no analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and control

Team content stays until deleted by an authorized user or the team is deleted. Revision history is retained with its plan. Login codes expire after 10 minutes; expired challenges are removed within maintenance cycles. Sessions expire after 30 days. Invitations and default public links expire after 7 days. Security audit records are retained for up to 90 days. Daily database backups rotate after 7 days; deletion from the active service may therefore remain in backups for up to 7 days. Device drafts are separate from your personal plans.

Delete your account or request help

In the app, open Team space → account menu → Delete my account. Sign in again if asked, and delete any teams you own first. Your account, sessions and message content are removed. Shared team plans remain with the team unless deleted by its owner; names you entered inside a plan may remain in those plans. Approval history is anonymized. Personal plans on your device are unaffected.

You can also request account/data deletion or report abuse without the app by emailing tactello@cryoss.com from your account address. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. Do not send login codes or passwords.

Team conduct

By accepting the team rules before sign-in, you agree to use the service respectfully. Do not post unlawful, abusive or inappropriate content, or personal data without permission. Use Report on a message to notify the team owner, Block to hide a member’s messages, or the support email to contact the operator, including complaints about an owner.

A server-side text filter rejects known abusive phrases before posting; it is not a complete moderation system. Team owners review in-app reports and can remove messages or members. Contact the operator at the support address for unresolved issues or complaints about a team owner.

Purposes and rights

Where applicable, account and team data are processed to provide the service you request; security and abuse records support legitimate service-protection interests; advertising consent is requested where required. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by contacting us. We may verify account ownership without asking for passwords or login codes. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including UODO in Poland. Support emails are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. No absolute security guarantee is made.

This web service

The viewer and this notice have no analytics or advertising cookies. Standard server/security logs may process your IP address, route and request timing. Authentication is used by the app and the optional team-invitation registration page; public links contain an unguessable token and can be revoked by their owner. External links are subject to their own policies.
